I just wanted to take a moment and share with you my experience with your web-based class on EPO 3.6. I was very surprised by the level of expertise from your instructor John Malczewski. I've been to a lot of in-class training and some web-based training, a lot of which I found to be a waste of time because the instructor just stood in front of the class and read out of a book; I can do that! John had a level of expertise you don't usually receive from a class costing this much. He really knows his subject, both inside and out! I have spent 3 times as much as what this class costs, and received nowhere near the return as I did from John's instruction.
I'm really glad I opted for the 12 months worth of training, because I'm looking forward to learning a lot more from John in the coming months. EPO from McAfee is not the most intuitive program out there, although very robust, and it really helps to have someone with John's knowledge to help fill in the blanks with his training.
Like most people in our industry, we are constantly being asked to do more with less. Your method of training is just what I needed to fit into my busy day. I was able to take a couple of hours out of each day for the 2 days of training and not ruin my entire day.
I would highly recommend your company and the high quality of training that you are offering our industry, it is sorely needed, and I might add greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

I enjoyed your class last week and was able to gain a great deal of knowledge about the product through the training. The difference in this class as opposed to others I have taken is, you took the approach many do not. You stepped through the product and explained the features and their benefits and did not spend a lot of time on theory or abstract features 2% of the attendees may use. I would definitely recommend the training to anyone using ePO.

I learned a great deal from John's online training for McAfee EPO. It actually exceeded my expectations. I think that I learned a lot from this style of training. Since I'm getting the training from my desk, I can refer back to my own system right away and try out some tips and recommendations for my EPO sytem. As I'm about to do our EPO upgrade to 3.6 version, this course definitely gave me the knowledge and experience to implement the upgrade confidently.
I think it's a very excellent course. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone.
